Linda Wyness' Relaxation and Stretching Exercises

We are excited to announce that Linda Wyness' Relaxation and Stretching Exercises are now available on CDs. These all have Linda's voice giving the instruction and wave sounds in the background.

There are 4 different discs.

1. Body-Oriented Relaxation Exercises

   • Autogenic Training
   • Open Focusing
2. The Stretching Exercises
3. Relaxation Visualizations
   • The Healing Room
   • The Inner Wise Person
   • The Healing Light
4. Visualizations
   • Visualization: Pain Symbol, Immune System and Inner Child
   • The Alice Visualization

(The Stretching Exercises come with written instructions for doing the stretches and variations. Disc 4 may not be suitable for everyone, as encountering the Inner Child can sometimes be very emotional.)
