Directions
- From the ferry or airport
- Proceed south on Highway 17 (Pat Bay Hwy.)
- Exit west onto McKenzie Avenue (signed to Hwy. 1 and Nanaimo).
- Crossover Hwy 1 (Trans Canada Hwy.) and the name changes to Admirals Road. Proceed south on Admirals Road.
- Immediately after crossing the bridge at the Gorge Waterway, turn right onto Old Island Highway.
- Proceed west on Old Island Highway to Helmcken Road;
- Turn left onto Helmcken Road and immediately turn left into the parking lot for 284 Helmcken.
- From downtown Victoria
- Proceed north on Blanshard Street to Bay Street;
- Turn left onto Bay Street and proceed west on bay Street.
- Immediately after crossing the bridge over the harbour, turn right onto Tyee Road. Tyee Road becomes Skinner Street. Proceed northwest on Skinner and the name will change to Craigflower Road.
- Proceed past Tillicum Road and past Admirals Road (the road is now called Old Island Highway).
- Proceed west on Old Island Highway to Helmcken Road
- Turn left onto Helmcken Road and immediately turn left into the parking lot for 284 Helmcken.
- From up-Island
- Exit Trans Canada Highway (Hwy 1) at Helmcken Road (signed for Hospital).
- At Helmcken Road turn right (south; away from the hospital).
- Proceed south past Old Island Highway and immediately turn left into the parking lot for 284 Helmcken.

- From the ferry or airport
- Proceed south on Highway 17 (Pat Bay Hwy.)
- Exit west onto McKenzie Avenue (signed to Hwy. 1 and Nanaimo).
- Stay in the right lane, proceed past the hospital and merge onto Hwy 1 (Trans Canada Hwy.) westbound.
- From downtown Victoria
- Proceed north on Douglas Street which becomes Hwy 1 (Trans Canada Hwy.) westbound.
- Exit at Hwy 14 (Millstream Road) and proceed south (signed for Langford).
- Millstream Road becomes Veteran’s Memorial Parkway.
- Continue South to the end of the road and turn left onto Latoria Road.
- Proceed to the end of Latoria Road and turn right onto Metchosin Road.
- Continue south on Metchosin Road which will become William Head Road
- Continue south on William Head Road to 5195 (first driveway past the RV park on the left).
- From up-Island
- Exit Hwy 14 (Millstream Road) south and proceed as above.
